Music video process

 Step 1:song choice:

the song choice process was a small and rapid process, but what me and my group did was looking through the popular and known song choice we had to decide through some artists like Mariah Carey, Ariana Grande, and etc. There were some challenges with choosing a song we had to find a song we could dance too and sing to and most of the Christmas songs we found were just to soulful and a lot of singing but no rhythm to dance to.

step 2:script writing:

I would have to say script writing was one of the easiest process because the app (studio binder) we used had everything set up for us in its format all we had to do was type our lyrics and action and what we will be saying in the music video. Even though there was a lot of dialogue and lyrics  for the music video we broke down each shot by shot.

Step 3:storyboard:

When my group did our storyboard there were a few difficulties with this part we had to download a template then right all the information about the shots like what type of shot it is the length and etc. .The storyboard was used to make audience vision or being able to see what the shot looks like and how its conventional to the music video. We wanted the story board to be a dynamic but important part of the process  that would show what and how we wanted the music video to look like.

Step 4:Filming part of the music video

the filming part was very brief and fun we used a cell phone to film the music video we decide to film in a school environment. We had props used in our music video we and to film from certain angles to get the shots we wanted in took us about 3 days to film a 3 minute music video  its was about 15 or more shots that were used.\

step 5:editing:

The editing part was the most entertaining part and played a big role in this music video we did some editing added the music we used text font the editing was used to put the music all together to make what we envisioned to come all together.

Bloopers and behind the scenes filming

behind the scenes: We filmed during this production week, and we have behind-the-scenes videos that reveal where our opening film setting is. However, behind-the-scenes videos do not always have to do with the actual setting of the movie; they could be about the process, such as the director, camera or Steadicam operator, producer, and many others, but for my filming process, we have videos of where my opening scene will take place. Bloopers : Unfortunately, mistakes will be made during filming, and getting a flawless shot on the first try is difficult. Even if we don't make a mistake, we sometimes want a shot to appear a certain way so we can either archive it or turn it into a blooper. During my film making process, there are several bloopers. funny moments:   Please do not misunderstand me. Filming was enjoyable, but it was difficult to stay focused because we were having so much fun. We did get all of the shots we needed, but there were a few funny moments and eveni...
