The greatest showman

the greatest showman is a musical/drama film about Phineas Barnum's life as a child, and then we seem him grow up to be a museum owner and a circus producer and entrepreneur. 




This is the opening scene of the greatest showman the opening scene introduce characters and convey the theme of the film while using elements of mise-en-scene, cinematography, sound, and editing.

History/target audience:

The history behind this movie is based on a true story of  P.T. Barnum who was famous for opening a circus. Some of the plots in the movie are the same in real life the museum burned down to the ground on July 13,1865 in the movie the museum also burns down that was caused by a fire and the real members of  P.T. Barnum circus had things that made them stand out just like in the move due to ethnicity ,genetic differences and physicals skills.  The target audience for this movie is 30 years of age and older because this movie is based on an event that occurred in real life in the mid 19th century which is for this certain age group although this movie has been watch by numerous age group worldwide.

The movie greatest showman was produced and financed by the "big six" the production method that was used for this movie was live action and $84,000,000 dollars is the production budget for this film.

The movie started appearing in newspapers then went on to ads that were seen on streaming channels and YouTube then the next thing you know ads were popping every where across the region but the one that took a big effect was the sell-out performances and this cause the prices of the tickets to go up  it was already popular before it was available on apps and channels worldwide.

different productions came together to pull off this movie each production had to contribute to this film to get the message out to the audience each of the production that invested in this project signed a contract to seal the deal each company get the credit for the film and there will be extreme consequences if any of the companies go back on what they signed and agreed to.

Bloopers and behind the scenes filming

  behind the scenes: We filmed during this production week, and we have behind-the-scenes videos that reveal where our opening film setting is. However, behind-the-scenes videos do not always have to do with the actual setting of the movie; they could be about the process, such as the director, camera or Steadicam operator, producer, and many others, but for my filming process, we have videos of where my opening scene will take place.
